Firearm Sales Policy

All Firearms Sales/Transfers Are Final:

Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. Once a firearm has been purchased and transferred, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Important Information Before Purchasing:

  • Eligibility: Ensure that you are legally eligible to own and purchase a firearm.

  • Correct Item: Double-check the make, model, caliber, and specifications before completing an order.

  • Compliance: You must comply with all local, state, and federal laws related to firearm ownership and transfers.

Background Checks & Transfers:

  • All firearms must be shipped from a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer.

  • A background check will be conducted at the time of pickup.

  • You will need to present a valid government-issued photo identification and complete all required forms.

  • If you fail the background check, you will be responsible for any return shipping or restocking fees from the original seller for transfers. If the firearm is purchased through us, your money will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee.

  • All transfer fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Information:

  • Firearms will only be sent/received from verified FFL dealers. We do not ship firearms directly to individuals.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the sending FFL is aware of the transfer and is willing to transfer the firearm.
