Colonel (Dr.) Val Finnell is a USCCA certified instructor and Range Safety Officer (RSO) for Shogun Elite. He has been a long-time Second Amendment activist, serving as the first President of the Virginia Citizens Defense League and also the current Pennsylvania Director for Gun Owners of America. Val is a retired Air Force physician (colonel) and a board certified coach (BCC).
